The application form must be submitted in person before xx/xx/xxxx to the Electoral Office in Via Messina 52, 20154 Milan, Tel 02.88465154 – 02.88465158, mailed to the same address or faxed to 02.88442022 – 02.884.65164, or sent by email to the address: DSC.ElettoraleAire@comune.milano.it, with a copy of valid ID attached.
Besides his/her full name, place and date of birth, the person shall fill in the form and state:
Registration is free and remains valid until a cancellation request, or until the person loses the registration requirements (for example, for emigration to another municipality or abroad).
The successful applicant will be included in the additional electoral roll and will receive a personal electoral card allowing him/her to vote at the polling station stated on the card. If included in the additional electoral roll, the European Union citizen may express the vote for members of the European Parliament belonging to the Italian allocation of seats only and not for members of the European Parliament belonging to the Member State of origin’s share of seats: in fact, it is forbidden to vote twice.
The polling station is stated on the personal electoral card.
